Minnesota's Political Contribution Refund (PCR) program makes supporting state campaigns even easier. Eligible Minnesota residents can contribute up to $75 per person or $150 per married couple each year and receive that amount back from the State of Minnesota. After your contribution is received, the campaign will provide you with the receipt and PCR form needed to apply for your refund.
